Frequently Asked Questions
As an employer, how do I get my results?
When your applicant orders a test through your white-label portal, the result is sent directly to your designated HR email as a secure PDF. We do not send the result to the applicant to ensure chain of custody.
What if an applicant is refused at a collection site?
They can use the same barcode at any similar location (e.g., a Quest barcode at any Quest). Our system provides links to find all nearby locations. They should never pay at the collection site.
An applicant paid but never received a barcode. Where is it?
An authorization form with the barcode is sent to the email they registered with. Please have them check their inbox and spam folder.
How long do results typically take?
Turnaround times vary. Urine drug tests are typically 24-48 hours after the lab receives the specimen. Hair tests can take up to 5 days.
Can I add background checks to my portal?
Yes. Our platform can be a single source for all your 1099 screening needs, including criminal background checks and MVR/driving records. Contact sales to enable these features.
